I am a 3rd-generation certified classical Pilates Teacher. I trained under Brett Howard and obtained my certification in 2014 with the New York Pilates Studio. As an external student, I trained twice a week with Marion Knackstedt (Peak comprehensive trainer) for 4 years and later worked under the mentorship of Lorraine Kelly (The Pilates Center or TPC) at her downtown Montreal studio. I am interested in all things Pilates as well as other types of movement. I never miss an opportunity to visit all styles of studios.
She values the extensive Classical Pilates education she received. She also believes that the best teachers are students. They learn from other teachers, whatever their backgrounds, but also from the clients who trust us with their bodies and their desires to move pain-free.

I have been classically certified with Peak Pilates for 16 years. I am a third-generation classical instructor. I have owned my studio for 10 years now and I am currently a training center for the Peak Pilates school. I believe we must remain open to everything happening on the market right now while promoting the "recognized training" aspect. Nothing is better than dialogue to advance Pilates and its benefits. I demonstrate great openness, respect for others, life experience, and a strong interest in the developpement of the Pilates in Quebec et au Canada.
